Gohar Koshtoyan

Gohar Koshtoyan studied at the Philological Faculty of Leninakan State Pedagogical Institute after M. Nalbandyan and graduated in 1978 with the qualification of a teacher of Russian language and literature. In 1978-1979, she worked as a Russian language teacher in Bazum Village, Gugark district. In 1979, after being selected through a competition, she started working as a lecturer at the Kirovakan branch of Yerevan Polytechnic Institute named after K. Marx. Years later, she received the title of “senior lecturer”. She published articles and the theses of two reports during her time at the institute.

In 1996, Gohar Koshtoyan started working at the secondary school named after Gevorg Chaush in Vanadzor. In 2019, she participated in the tenth republican competition “Cultural Dialogue in the Process of Teaching the Russian Language” and was awarded in the category “Best Teacher of the Russian Language.” She has been working at Dilijan Central School since December 2020.
