Gayane Stepanyan studied at the department of “Teaching in Elementary Grades” at Dilijan Pedagogical College, receiving the qualification of a teacher. She continued her education at the “Elementary Education and Methodology” department at Vanadzor State University, receiving the qualification of a form teacher.
In 1999-2001, she worked as a hostess at the R/TV Channel of Dilijan.
In 2001-2017, Gayane Stepanyan worked at kindergarten No. 9 and then at kindergarten No. 2. She participated in a number of trainings, “Training of Preschool Specialists” courses organized within the framework of the “Step by Step” educational program, and training courses organized by the RA Ministry of Education.
Since 2017, Gayane Stepanyan has been working at Dilijan Central School as a form teacher. She participated in a number of trainings and mandatory certification courses organized by ESCS.
