Slavik Alaverdyan
Slavik Alaverdyan was born in 1992 in Ijevan.
He graduated from YSU Ijevan Branch (Applied Mathematics and Physics – Bachelor’s Degree) and Yerevan State University (Mathematics – Master’s Degree) with honors.
In 2015-2017, he served in the RA Armed Forces.
In 2021, he graduated from Shirak State University and received a master’s degree (Specialized Pedagogy: Physics).
In 2019-2022, he was an applicant at Armenian State Pedagogical University.
In 2015-2022, he worked as a lecturer at YSU Ijevan Branch.
In 2019-2021, within the “Teach for Armenia” program, he taught at Dzoragyugh Middle School in Lori Region.
He also worked as a group leader for the “Armat” engineering laboratory and a project coordinator for “Interesting Mathematics” at the COAF NGO.
Slavik Alaverdyan recorded videos on Physics for the Khan Academy.
Since January 2022, he has been in charge of the “Green Physics” project of “Ayb” hybrid education.
He participated in conferences, seminars, and trainings; organized and conducted courses; and implemented community programs.
He has written three scientific articles and one educational methodical article.
Slavik Alaverdyan has been working at Dilijan Central School since September 2020.
In 2022, he founded and now manages the “Young Researchers Club” of the school.
