Zhanna Mejlumyan

Mathematics and ICT

Zhanna Mejlumyan studied at the department of “Mathematics and Informatics” of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics, Vanadzor State Pedagogical Institute, named after Hovhannes Tumanyan. She graduated in 2002 with a Master’s Degree, receiving the qualifications of a mathematician and a teacher of mathematics and informatics. In 2002, she immediately started her pedagogical work as a teacher of informatics at School No. 1 in Dilijan and, at the same time, as a lecturer of higher mathematics at Yerevan University of Management and Information Technologies. In 2006, she worked at Dilijan State College as a computer operator and mathematics lecturer, then she started working at Dilijan School No. 4 as a teacher of mathematics and informatics and at the same time as a computer operator. Since 2017, she has been working at Monte Melkonyan Military Academy as a teacher of mathematics. Zhanna Mejlumyan participated in a number of seminars related to pedagogy and the use of ICT. She is the vice president of the Dilijan branch of the “Association of Women with University Education” NGO; she has passed the women’s leadership school twice. She has been working at Dilijan Central School since 2019.
